Hi guys,

I am currently 2 month into the LPC at ULaw and I am so confused on how to make notes. I find myself copying out of the core textbooks and I just cant help but feel this is so inefficient.

In the exam we are allowed 2 folders of notes and the book they supply for the relevant module so what is the best method to revise or prepare for the exams??

Any help is much appreciated.

When I did mine I highlighted the manuals, tabbed them to death and literally had draft documents in the folders. However there is hardly any time to actually look things up ao if you need to check something you need to mnlw exactly where to find it.

For comm.lit we were given a file beforehand to familiarise ourselves on a case and then a letter from the client in advance of the meeting so you could prepare. However on the day the question said the client has changed their mind and now wants to do Y rather than X!! Grr

I made notes from the books- my own condensed version. I then highlighted the books and had a tabs system that I became familiar with.
