Yes there are degrees in interior design and interior architecture (and combinations of both).

You don’t need a degree but design careers are based on your portfolio of work - a degree is a good way to build up a portfolio of work if you don’t have a circle of wealthy friends willing to take a risk on letting you redesign their interiors.
