Hi there

Great that you're thinking about Physics A level. It is a very interesting A level with topics from particle physics, including antimatter, to mechanics and nuclear physics.

I think that waves and particle physics which are usually near the beginning of A level courses is a bit of a step up from GCSE. However topics such as electricity and nuclear are not that big of a jump at all from GCSE.

I think that there is an initial jump but very soon you'll just learn the flow of the A level.

I achieved 99999999888A*A*A at GCSE. Physics was one of the 9s. I am predicted an A* in Physics A level too.

I hope that helps and good luck!
