All humans are born as a 'blank slate' and they, through experiences, are conditioned to behave in a certain way (behaviour is not innate).

Learning behaviours is done by classical and operant conditioning (expand on this briefly, Skinner and Pavlov).

We respond to environmental stimuli based on our past experiences, the conditioning.

You can easily expand this out to be the 6 marks A01 of a 6 marking.
