Does anyone know of any online platform that offers career counselling & guidance? Preferably free if possible. However, I rather speak to someone real than an automated bot, so I understand if there is a fee.

We have a lot of experts in different industries on TSR - it's usually worth creating a thread to discuss your aspirations and industries you think you might be interested in as you can get some very useful advice.
Other than that the main port of call would be the National Careers Service in England or Skills Development Scotland. Both also have lots of online resources which might be helpful to you. There are lots of other services aimed more specifically at particular areas/industries but these are your main general careers advice agencies.
