My AR was terrible. Absolutely terrible. I was like..."Um. I SEE NO PATTERNS."

Please don't panic though, you're a clever thing and you'll do fine. :hugs:

Keep a track of the time, i had to randomly select about 15 of my QR questions.. still managed to get a reasonable score in the section weirdly. BUt apart from that, stay calm.. if you have any time left at the end of the sections use all of it to look though stuff.

Yep, the QR questions are all very wordy.

I've sorted them from lowest to highest now.

Edit: Done. If you lovely people could convert it for the mac users and abusers I'd be v. grateful.

I'd say the UKCAT practice questions on the website were the same style/difficulty as the real questions. That's just my opinion though.

Me neither!

You and scaryhair seem to post successively. Is that to confuse me? :p:

I don't want to panic you. Unfortunately not, in my opinion.

I have confidence in you though - just remember everyone else has found this section hard and so the marks will correspond accordingly.

lol thing is, i rely hugely on my memory skills rather than intelligence to get me through exams...but i can't for this! i keep trying to do this screwed up AR but no improvement whatsoever - im just fighting a losing battle. just gonna do another hours worth of preparation then quit...and say a little prayer before going to bed.

I thought the same too - in fact I think I actually voiced your exact sentiments about the whole memory thing. You are intelligent, you do have logic, and it will go well I'm sure. Don't do too much more, just try and get a good night's sleep and maybe read a book/listen to music/watch a film/play an instrument etc.

If it does go wrong just remember it's only part of the application and there are other universities that don't use it or use the BMAT. It's not the end of the well if you don't do well. It's hard I suppose, as you're not used to not doing well academically so the thought of that is scary, but it doesn't mean you're not intelligent!

However, nervousness is a good thing - far better than complacency.I wish you all the luck in the world and I hope to be congratulating you tomorrow!
