hiya guys. I've just finished my first year of law and averaged at a 2:1. I just need some advice on when to apply for vacation schemes/training contracts. And any other information which would be helpful. I'm sure this question has been on numerous times, and i'm sorry for that. any advice will be much appreciated.

You apply for vac schemes in the first term of your second year, and TCs in the summer of your second year. Its worth doing some research and deciding what type of firm you want to work at during the summer, so you are ready to fire off some focused and well written applications for VS in the winter.
