Just by the by, it’s not a ‘lecturers strike’. UCU members come from all across the university sector.

And, all those staff deserve pensions, secure employment, and fair remuneration. No one ever *wants to strike deep in their bones*. People strike because they have exhausted all other options before turning to industrial action. So, I support all the staff striking.
