What is the difference between prosthetic groups and molecules/ions? Watch

I read on Wiki that cofactors can be divided into two types: inorganic ions and coenzymes (organic molecules). It then said that coenzymes can by further divided into prosthetic groups and cosubstrates. Now, whenever I read texts on the difference between all these different types of cofactors, it often says that prosthetic groups can be either organic molecules or metal ions. However, as stated previously, why can prosthetic groups still be coenzymes when they could also be metal ions (coenzymes are only organic molecules)? How would we differentiate between prosthetic groups that are inorganic ions and normal inorganic ions that are not coenzymes (just cofactors?)?
