Describe the effect of food dye concentration on diffusion.

According to Fick's law for diffusion, the rate of diffusion is proportional to the concentration gradient (as well as a coefficient and diffusion distance, which are irrelevant here).
If the question is asking what happens to the rate of diffusion of food dye when you change its concentration, then it will diffuse at a faster rate when the concentration is higher.
