if you don't buy it, then you won't eat it.
you could put a "fat foto" in your purse...

Biscuits + Chocolate will make you fat, when you become fat you become less desirable, when leads you to be despressed, which leads you to not giving a toss and becoming obese, which leads to an early grave.

Failing the above you could try low fat chocolate things like the kind Weight Watchers make or whatever. They have much less calories and will satify your craving so you don't always think about it!

Put post-its on all the wrappers or cotainers in the house saying "FATTY!" to stop your temptations. And show those post-its who's boss!

Give the biscuits to me. I'll get rid of the temptation for you.

Run more so you can eat more... Also realising how much you have to work to burn the calories might make you eat less of them in the first place...

Think of the strange chocolate aftertaste.. or eat lots of gum. Eating gum causes you (or atleast me :p:) to not be assed to spit it out to eat something else and you keep on wanting to chew chew chew. Or don't carry enough money to buy chocolate :p:.
