I have:

07/08 Cash ISA with Egg. £3000. 6.05%
08/09 Cash ISA with Barclays. £500. 6.08% Monthly (6.25% AER)
08/09 S&S ISA with Hargreaves Lansdown. £100. No Rate

Lloyds TSB at 6.5%

I also have one with Alliance and Leceister, but I don't know what the rate is. I only opened it because QuidCo gave me £20 to do it. :P

Im under 18, take alook on their site if ya dont believe me 10% on £2000 isnt bad though :p:
EDIT: I think its 10% on the first 1000 only actualy, hmmm il look it up again.

Bradford+Bingley currently only on 5.5%... oh noes!

Can't take it out without penalty until september, also really regretting not selling my shares when I was considering it 10 months ago.

ING Direct, not the best rate at the moment, but I get a bonus on anything I put in over the amount I had in at the beginning of this financial year.

Just checked.. it's only at 5.25% atm.. maybe should change
