Ok im getting a fixed brace but its clear attachments and im getting this done at a private dentist as im 20. Im getting the extractions done with my usual dentist who is nhs but does do private dental work. So what do i pay for the extractions an nhs fee or a private one?

You'd have to ask your dentist.

if the extraction is done on the NHS then you should pay the NHS fee, the brace will cost as private as its done on private. its not what the dentist does, its what you get it done on. as you said the dentist does both private and NHS but it depends what your doing. hope it helps, it may be a bit confusing.. hehe sorry =)
