Cut out sugar and drink only water, try to slowly reduce the amount of oily and fried foods you eat. Instead of eating a lot of junk and unhealthy food substitute it with veg and some meats but have ALOT of veg. Eat till you are kind of full, never eat till you are very full.

Also; drink 2 glasses of water before each meal so that you feel full quicker + eat slowly and chew slowly.
