1st pic yes. 2nd pic could be attractive to Indian and black women. Could have some trouble if you are only interested in white women.

Shaving the stubble would help. Stubble is never a good look.

Don’t worry too much about your looks. You’re not a bad looking guy by any means, not my type personally but you’re not ugly/really unattractive. Looks are always subjective so the internet probably won’t boost your self esteem by many points. Have confidence in yourself, you don’t need validation from others. As long as you’re looking after yourself and doing what’s best for you then that’s all anyone can ask for.

No why? It just looks cleaner without stubble, although some guys prefer it cuz it makes them look older/more mature I guess
