how to get over my ex

my ex hurt me and cheated on me and always made me feel bad about myself i been trying to move on for months now but i cant stop thinking about him. i wanna go back but i know i cant because i dont wanna go through that pain again he never loved me but i still love him today. HELP!!
how old are you? if you're still young, don't sweat it. if you're a full grown adult, the same applies. your ex isn't good for you if he did that. you need to get on with your life, go out with friends, have some fun. he should be the last thing on your mind.
you're never gonna really get over him but you can forget him for now.

don't go back to an ex.
there will be someone out there (maybe in a different city / country) that will treat you much better than he ever did.
