I wanted to inquire about numeracy and literacy skills test that I have passed .Would universities take this to consideration?

This would probably be most interesting to unis before they interviewed you, but there's not really any place on the UCAS form to include this and I think it would be a weird thing to bring up in your PS.

It might be worth bringing up at interview if it feels natural to do so, but I wouldn't bother trying to shoehorn this in.

If the uni has their own maths and literacy tests, then you'll probably still have to sit these.
