I've been on this stupid phone, listening to their pathetic excuse for musical entertainment for nearly an hour!

Why must this be such a mission? I don't have all day to waste listening to 'you are in a que'. They have seriously messed up my application and I want justice, yet I can't even get through to talk to anyone ARGH! :mad: :mad:

I know no one can do anything about it, I was just wondering if anyone else has phoned them lately?

Yes.....
I was on the phone for 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's horrible.... but the people are actully helpful, once you get through to them.

I'm not sure whether it is our home phone or whether they are actually cutting me off but after waiting a frustratingly long time, I keep getting the message 'the other person has cleared'. Of course, then I have to start all over again. :rolleyes:

Still I've always found in the past the people are really helpful so hopefully it will get sorted.
