So my payment has been delayed by more than 6 weeks now, the migrant workers team asked for evidence, I sent what they asked but then asked for more evidence way past the date I should have been payed by! I sent this evidence and logged a complaint but they still say it take up to 6 weeks to verify the evidence this meant a further 6 weeks delay! this puts me in an impossible situation as a student!! what can I do?

Hi there,

At the moment it is currently taking 29 working days for the Migrant Worker team to process evidence from the date it is received. The team will need to process and validate your evidence before your payment can be released to you.

In the meantime whilst your evidence is being processed we advise you to speak to university/college to see if they can offer you any additional support.

Thanks, Amy
