A year ago I lost about 2 stone, I’m quite tall and 14 years old. After losing weight through a mixture of cardio and resistance training I felt happy with my body but I was left with a layer of skin around my chest, ab area and my hips. I hope to lose this skin in order to gain abs because I can feel my abs as I’ve been working them for about 6 months. The question is do I try and burn the extra skin off or continue to build muscle? And will the skin disappear through puberty?

Well from experience once you've burned off the fat the next in building strength. So focus on muscle building, but keep up cardio so you don't lose stamina as the more you gain the more energy you need to train.
