i'm bored of just having it steamed, so how do you like having your salmon?

Marinate it with lots of olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli, ginger & garlic paste. Leave it for a couple of hours. Grill. It's really delicious.

Unhealthily - Fry it in butter rather than oil, couple salmon fish cakes, and some new tatties covered in butter. YUM!!!!

Salmon en croute. If you've got any pre-prepared pastry wrap it in that with some seasoning and cook for 45 mins.
Mmmmmm

I normally put freshly milled ground black pepper over the top with a little olive oil, wrap it in tin foil and put in the oven at 200c/gas mark 6 for 20-25mins. Normally works really well
I would have it on couscous with some form of veg, peas or baked mushrooms normally. Or with chips and peas. Or you could flake it once cooked and add it to a tomato based pasta sauce with some mushroom, onion and garlic.
You could use just about anything in place of the black pepper. Garlic would work well as would some ginger. Or soy sauce would work well. Soy with ginger, garlic and a small amount of honey is good as a marinade

I know you've eaten it now :p: but here's what I do.

Make a small foil parcel & put the salmon in. Chilli, garlic, dill, couple of tomatoes diced and a drizzle of honey & bake in the oven. Served with salted crushed potatoes/salad. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
