The average time for universities to make a decision is 7 weeks.

Universities have until the start of May to decide whether to give offers or not (although most will try to decide before 31 March)

Actually, UCAS Track updates 5 mins before the email is sent through.

I think offer time varies. I got two instantly (I've finished two of my A-Levels and resitting one) whereas the other three are taking ages.

Durham, Edinburgh, Bath, Leeds, Nottingham. I’m applying for Natural Sciences integrated masters. I’ve been told that because my course is a lot smaller (only around 45 people) they wait until everyone’s applied before giving out offers but who knows....
