Dentistry Interview Offers 2020 entry

Has anybody been offered an interview for Dentistry anywhere yet? In particular Sheffield, Liverpool, Cardiff and Plymouth ????


From those I’ve applied to plymouth and Cardiff and have been offered interviews at both.

Ahhh, I think I know why Liverpool might have rejected you, their minimum GCSE for english lang is a 6, but you got an interview for plymouth! Thats amazing, you got some good chances in the other unis!

988887765 - I actually, like you, got a 5 as well in english language so got in contact with lpool and manchester, they said they require a grade 6 in lang to be considered, so resat in 1st year college and got a 6- 1 mark off 7:frown: but all I needed was a 6 so its all good!

UCAT: 2660 band 3 (so upset with SJT)


Yh I know the reason :frown: there wasnt any other uni in england that accepts a 5 in english except plymouth, bristol and newcastle, liverpool was a gamble

2720 and band 3 not the best! They look at everything collectively

Was anyone able to get a Plymouth Interview for January? or are they all for December?

They opened an interview day in the 20th January which I booked. Not sure if there are any spaces left now as that was about a week ago and it was only one day.

Haven't heard from yet either as well except asking me to write them how many UCAS applications I did (I am applying for a second time as a graduate).:frown:

Ι haven't heard from them yet. I got 590 and band 4. :frown:
I got rejected by manchester and Liverpool though so don’t panic!!

Well done! I haven’t heard back but I had a ucat of 680 and band 1 😳😫
Has anyone heard from Bristol or Queens Belfast? I have a ucat score of 685, band 1 and I’m worried that maybe I’ll be rejected as I haven’t heard yet 🥵

I haven't heard from them either.
590 UCAT and band 4 and applied as a graduate with achieved 1st.
