I need help ! I’ve been suggesting with headaches a lot for the past few months. I had a particularly one Wednesday which I would describe as more of a migraine. Since then it’s been pretty constant. I’ve read online it could be because of pain killer overuse. Im saying I’ve been taking pain killers 4/5 days a week because of this. It suggests the only way to stop this is to stop taking them. I’ve started doing this today but I wondered if anyone knows if it could actually work. And how long should it take for it to work ? It’s difficult in college/work having a constant headache and not being able to take pain relief

If things get worse I would. I suffer with anxiety and I hate the doctors so it’s not always as simple as that !
