the Labour party is seen as a haven for people who hate the Jews ? that's kinda racist i guess ?

:dontknow:
Jews fear the right as well as the left. Hitler was not far left not supportive of Labour-type policies.

Labour is anti-semetic, anti-hindu but pro-welfare. Just the other day their minister said that employees should dictate to their employer how much they should get paid and the hours that they should work!

Which employer is going to survive with that?? Income tax should be cut to encourage people to work - simples otherwise whats the point when you dont have to and can stay at home all day watching tv instead

Yes, we do need to reform the welfare system, but i dont think the idea is to cut the income tax. We need taxes to fund the public services.

Most people don't associate the Conservatives with racists or racism.
The majority of Conservative Party members that I knew growing up are asian, many who obtained uk citizenship through naturalisation as adults.
Quite a few became party members as teenagers.

Conservative identity politics tends to favour: tradition, religion, unionism, respect for authority/the establishment/military, discipline, anglo-saxon capitalism and individualism.
While alternative identity politics often focuses upon: radical change, sjw progressivism, class warfare, anti-capitalist/anti-establishment/anti-globalist tendencies, labour trade union representation and collectivism.

However, identity politics is inherently divisive; often seeking to use very unpleasant centuries old examples from the history books to generate animosity between groups of people or perpetuate vicious conspiracy theories.
Every dogma has its own fringe collection of fanatics and the noisy antisocial element that seem to view bigotry & thuggery as achievements.
Politics can be a very dirty game; with personal rivals and ideological opponents viciously slandering each other out of personal animosity or in pursuit of gaining political advantage by negative propaganda to vilify an individual and dishonestly tarnish an entire political party by association.
That said figures like Peter Griffiths, Kingsley Read, Enoch Powell and Neil Hamilton are hardly positive examples of the Conservative Party membership.
Just as Simon Danczuk, Jared O'Mara, Marc Wadsworth and Chris Williamson are hardly positive examples of the Labour Party membership.

Disagree it needs drastic reform when you are paying millions of people to sit at home on their butt all day its a disgrace.

Also a recent FOI request said that around 13 million was paid in disability benefits to people with acne, YES acne! I know I could have done with some of that to avoid working!

Again, we need to reform the system. There are people with genuine need for the welfare system, so we should be careful with our conclusions.

Do your own research,

but generally speaking: Tories are free-market, small government, steady economic growth strategy, use taxation as to means to fund the costs of the country.

Labour: Always been socialist (softened a little in the Blair years), support wealth redistribution, big-government and maximum regulation.
This is research.

And your answer doesn't explain why conservatives are seen as racist.

Fringe groups (within any large organisation), its easy political ammo.
Basically, the hard-left use it for political point scoring due to a handful of biggots who become members of the party (then get thrown out).

Its a symptom of the devise nature of modern politics, I dont think the Conservative party is inherently racist, but racists have in individual cases joined the party before revealing themselves and being expunged from it.

He was an ardent fascist and made a point of imprisoning and killing socialists...

Sooo? Have you seen how many dictators, fascists, communists and so on come from parties with 'democrat' or 'liberal' in the name?

I don't think there is much to it.. seems like just two halves of Labour bickering over which side the party should take over a foreign issue. Seems like Labour are doing the sensible thing now though, and backing away from taking any side.

then everyone who voted for Brexit is stupid (other than you if you voted for it)
That's not a bigoted point of veiw at all is it?

Boredman6 is trying to say simalar thing I have been for god knows, that immigration outside Europe can currently be controlled and the government do not wish too, also the EU is prejudiced itself towards European people and being a member of it removes control of European immigration. That's it it's quite simple unfortunately bigots cannot get their head round it. There are loads of reasons to vote brexit, not everyone voted brexit for immigration even if some did. Also the abilty to wish to control something is not racist in anyway.

The conservatives are not all racists, the reason the race card gets overused nowadays is because of bigoted people who lack the ability/knowledge to make decent arguments without resorting to name call. We need to rewrite Godwins law for these people.

You can tell a lie a thousand times but it doesn't make it any more true, the only difference is, people will start believing you !

Is that the strategy bear?

People have tried so hard to discredit Corbyn that they move on to Hitler comparison when everything else fails.
