Im on my second year at my current college and i dont like the course im on have asked to change but they wont allow me as im not high level enough im having friendship problems is it worth moving college

Are you doing A levels? There is insufficient information about the course.
What do you mean not high enough level?
This far into the year its unlikely they will let you change and you will have to wait till September.
If you want to move college then you should research whether anyone will accept you. I think you may find difficulty in finding someone.
