I believe its less about the laptop and more about the assistive software.

Both these articles are 2016 and tech has become a bit cheaper and powerful.

It depends on budget, but your pc should be

1080p resolution 1920x1080
8g+ of ram at least an i3 and maybe an i5 or R5.
Have an ssd I would say 250 and probably 500gb.
11-14" the J lewis suggestion is good for a look as its hard to show keyboard etc.
Less than 2kg. Pick it up and see.
