Look at the differences in membrane bound organelles (prokaryotic cells have none), DNA (where and how is it stored), movement (flagella and cilia), and ribosome size. In terms of similarities, you can discuss functions common to all living cells such as protein synthesis and cellular respiration. Hopefully this gives you some ideas! Even a google search of prokaryotic vs eukaryotic cells will show some diagrams you may find useful
