Business studies or Economics?

Im going into year 12 next year and want to do accountancy as a career i was wondering if someone could help me to decide between bs or econ. my other subjects would be maths and psychology.

I haven’t done either for A level, but if you’re looking into going into accountancy, economics would probably be more relevant. I think business is more to do with the management side of things whereas econ is more theoretical and maths related. I think it is also more respected by universities, if you’re trying to do econ/accounting at a top uni. Hope this helped
