Jobs after economics degree
How difficult is it to get into investment banking or to become a stock broker after university? Also, is an Economics and Finance degree at Bristol (with all the core Economics modules included) or a sole Economics degree at Leeds better for career prospects? And what does a masters in Economics or Economics and Finance have in terms of employability and prospects? Is it needed?
I think Economics and finance at Bristol. The uni life seems better and it’s a target uni, Leeds is also good but Bristol does have a great name in the jobs market, much more prestigious if that’s what you’re after. I think Bristol is a great uni of balanced people, smart and fun, both to the highest levels
