Hello, I am looking for a replacement student tenant for student accommodation for Godiva Place at Coventry University, fourth floor, ensuite room. There are 6 other flatmates who are extremely clean and well mannered, and easy to get along with. Along with the room you get a free gym membership which is a 5 minute walk away. It is also a 5 minute walk to the University, Pricing at £158 per week. With 24hour reception, games room, great social space, cinema room with utilities included for a 40 week tenancy.
