That's my personal opinion. I am not trying to put down men that are out of shape it's just that some 'hide behind the whole dad bod idea' and think it's okay to be out of shape simply because of a trend.

You’re asking on the wrong forum. I prefer a natural look to a chiselled one. Teenagers probably aren’t going to dig a dad paunch; it would kind of be weird if they did.
