I am 16 yrs old and I did my GCSE's a couple of months ago, I want to go into medicine and I needed to do Chemistry and Biology, I couldn't even reach the entry requirements so I am resisting my GCSE's at college, my questions are:
Do uni' s except GCSE resists?
Do uni' s need 5 GCSE at 7-9?
Do uni's except resists with a valid excuse?
My current GCSE's are:
English literature - 5
English language - 3
Maths - 5
Combined science - 55
History - 5
Business - M2
I am resisting:
Chemistry
Biology
Physics
Maths
English language
Fyi - I am doing triple science coz I allready passed my other my combined science and college said they won't get paid If i do combined again.

Hi! I didn’t have a problem with GCSEs and didn’t resit so I can’t say for sure but my brother resit his maths and English and it has never affected him. Can uni’s even see if you have resit a gcse? I think they’re more concerned with a levels to be completely honest. If you need any help with triple science I did triple and got 9-8-8 so I can lend some revision tips!
