I want to study but I can't physically bring myself to it. I'm in year 11 and just got my exam timetable and I'm scared because I feel like I don't have time left. Please help me out. How can I bounce back form a burn out bear in mind that I have had breaks this has been going on for a month. I'd give myself a break for a day or maybe a week but when I get back to studying I'm still tired?
Any help would be appreciated x

Just try and visualise you at the end of year 11 and your results and having your targeted grades. We’ve only got less year so just put in all the work in now and then you’re set for life x
