I don't understand 7b, 9 and 10. Could someone help?

for 9 and 10 think about the places in the diagram that you have no information about and take moments about there so the distances are zero (there are forces present that are not shown on the diagram).
7b just needs you to draw the setup and be careful about the distances. They seem to have taken the point where the initial 10kg mass is as their 0

For 7b, do you do
10x9.81 to get the weight as 98.1
Then 98.1x0.3 =29.43 (anti clockwise)
(20x0.2) + (0.7xW)
4 + 0.7W (clockwise)
Anti clockwise = clockwise
29.43 = 4 + 0.7W
25.43/0.7 =W
W= 36.3N
