When it comes to me they say I'm looking to be better then others, arrogance and got this self importance.
When I start a business they go I'm arrogant and I am like this, like that.
They took the piss out of me before many times.
No one ever calls them arrogant even when they are.

From what you've given.. All I can say is that every individual doesn't know how they behave sometimes as nobody has pointed it out to them.. You might behave arrogant but don't realise.. Try to take that into consideration instead of getting triggered..

They know I'm a nice, polite, humble person.
Anything I want to do they call me arrogant, self importance.
They all have masters degrees but when I want to do a masters degree its the same thing.
If I say I'm a director they'll still say I've got this self importance even though I dont come across that way.
