Let me ask it in a different way.

If one equals two,

What does seven equal.

1=2 cos 2 strokes of a pencil, by same logic 7=2, as 2 strokes to make 7.

That's one possible solution I hope

What does seven equal.
Eight or three (five letters).

I personally hate this type of question. One clearly does not equal two - f(one) may equal f(two), but that's not the same thing. My default answer would be that one doesn't equal two, so, in that case (which doesn't exist), seven can equal whatever you want it to. It's a bit like religion - accept enough made-up claims, and you can deduce anything.
