Pre Employment Checks - Ministry of Justice

I'm currently going through pre-employment checks for a job at the MOJ, and the current status is: 'Your application is currently going through pre-employment checks and has been referred for a decision.'

At what point in the process is this? Am I towards the end of the checks/vetting?

Been waiting 12 weeks for my vetting. Saying your application is currently going through pre employment checks with higher level and/ or health outstanding. I did my health and fitness weeks ago and passed. Any advice...

Bumping for a reply. Although l am going through Enhanced L1 checks for a contractor role as a tutor. My vetting states Your application is currently going through pre-employment checks and has been referred for a decision. Should l be concerned as l have been given a provisional start date, but have yet to resign from my current employer

I was told l failed due to an Adverse Criminal History.

I got a Police Caution back in 2015, and a fine back in 2019 when my daughter was refusing to go to school. I have appealed against this decision providing a background on both.

The caution no longer shows on an enhanced DBS and is filtered, however l still disclosed it, but was advised that they shouldn't take this into account as per the filtering guidelines. Does anybody know how long an appeal takes? Emailed this morning but no confirmation it was received
