Postgrad Ecology Applicants and Alumni Watch

Hi all,

I recently applied for MRes Tropical Forest Ecology and would like to know more about the course and what it's like living at Silwood Park!

I hope this thread can also be used as future reference for those who'd like to see if they have the requirements to apply, as I have realized there isn't much to be found on the web.

My application 'stats' are:

- Degree: 2:1 equivalent from University of Hong Kong (Dissertation was a first)
- 4 years cumulative work experience from undergrad research assistant in 2 labs, NGO's and full-time ecological consultancy.
- founder of an online aquatic biodiversity database and shooting wildlife documentaries on aquatic fauna

Application completed on 05/11/2019.

Additional info for those interested, I have received an offer from UCL for aquatic conservation, ecology and restoration.
