At college I have my boyfriend there and many friends but it’s a small college so everyone knows everyone , one girl and me had an argument over a misunderstanding in class where I was not in the wrong at all and im not just saying that I just generally wasn’t , I went to go try and explain to her after the argument in lesson and she threatened to “smash my face in” and hurled abuse at me , then my boyfriend told me she had a gypsy family and she could get them to do something to me , I don’t want to go to the college about her but I have an anxiety disorder and I’m scared about going there Monday and facing her , any advice ?

Do mindfulness. If you don't know what it is, search it up on youtube. Its very good for releasing stress or anxiety. I do it often to release myself from my thoughts as it makes me relaxed. It doesn't take long either, probably about 15 minutes.
