Hey I am applying too (as an external.) and was looking for similar advice. I spoke to a Teacher there on open day (not sure who they were) but they told me to include anything that makes you stand out, like if you play an instrument or are Head girl etc, and talk about why that makes you suitable to go there. Like for example "I'm interested in going to camp hill because I want to continue my passion for the trombone by joining one of your ensembles" and so on. Because everyone who applies is so academic and hardworking, they want people who do other things too.
Good luck!
