Of course they can like all known another elements of our periodic table. The term is melting point! Hydrogen and Helium are something special, as they have them at very low temperatures.
The melting point of hydrogen is -259.2 °C, and the melting point of helium is -272.2 °C. So the answer is yes with extreme cooling.
