Why isn’t the government considering universal income? In the next 10 years a lot of people will disappear due to robots\ computers getting smarter.

Irrespective of any change in economic circumstances every citizen should be paid ground rent by all those who exclusively occupy the national territory, and universal basic income must be paid by the State as a consideration for holding the national territory in trust for its citizens who may or may not exclusively occupy part of the national territory.
