Hi, I'm currently in year 12 so I just started my A-levels. I'm taking A-level; biology, chemistry, psychology and AS-level maths. However because I really want to study medicine in The Netherlands I will have to do physics as well. My question is would AS-level physics be enough to be admitted in combination with my other subjects?

If you do not satisfy the additional requirements for Biology, Physics, Chemistry and/or Mathematics, you must sit an additional examination. Maastricht might assess whether you can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the four compulsory subjects (Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology) and therefore qualify for an exemption for these subjects on an individual basis.

For Maastricht you can be admitted with an AS in Mathematics and Physics, but you’ll need an A Level in Chemistry and Biology.

So if I take AS Physics as well and keep A-level Biology, Chemistry and Psychology and AS-level Maths I would meet the requirements?

I think so - but always double check with the university by checking their website or emailing them.
