What does an orgasm feel like?

I’ve had sex 3 times, and the third time my bf said he saw my stuff, but I didn’t feel anything. Maybe he was confused or maybe I was just really wet because I thought orgasms felt good.
If you had one you would know about it, it's not something that you can really mistake for anything else.

Not entirely sure what you mean by this but I suspect you would know if you'd had an orgasm without needing to be told.
