So I got both of my nipples pierced back in February and Now my left nipple piercing isn’t crusting anymore so I believe that’s it’s healed but I tried to start putting new nipple jewellery in and my hands kept shaking and I was just too scared to do it so should I go to piercer and let them check it because only one of them has healed and it’s been 9 months?

Nipple piercings take 6-12 months to heal, but it's normal for piercings to take up to double the recommended time to heal.

You can ask them to change the jewellery for you if you're too nervous to do it yourself. My regular piercer charges £5 per piercing for this service.
