i am a 17 year old boy, who has a dutch passpoort, i have been living in england for the past 8 years. can i vote in this election? i will still be 17 in december. Secondly will my parents be able to vote, they also have a dutch passpoort and have been living in england for 8 years?

They can’t vote for an mp, they can only vote for councilors
