Especially at 10, when you were sick right up to 10 then puberty kicked in and basically didn’t get a childhood..? If you hit puberty early (9,10 years old) how do you cope?

What exactly are you struggling with? Would also help to know if you are female or male.

Hygiene tips because I am only 10 and I don’t know anything, I am female and just got my first period. I was so used to my mum doing everything for me because I was not well when I was younger but now I have to be independent.

Have you spoken to your mum about this, or is there another female relative you would be comfortable speaking to? Because these things are best explained in person.
