How competitive is Chemistry at UCL

Hello I have applied to Chemistry at UCL and would like to know my chances of getting an offer
At GCSE I only got 6 GCSE 4 7’s (A’s) 2 6’s (Bs) I got a 1 & 3 in Geography and French
My predicted are AAA in Chemistry Biology and Economics
My GCSE grades were poor due to extenuating circumstances with my mental health & being a care leaver but I didn’t disclose this in my personal statement and the High school I went to is different to the 6th form I went to for my A-levels therefore this would not be included in my reference either.
Would it be worth disclosing this with the university, if so how do I do this?
With all this what would be my chances of getting an offer?
