Autism & School Trips Abroad Watch

I've been diagnosed with ASD and my school was running a short trip abroad in February (once-in-a-lifetime chance). I've never tried something like this before.
The rooms will be 6 to a room, which I'm terrified about. No one, except my teachers, is aware of my diagnosis - what's the best way to approach this?
The idea of being in a room like that is giving me bad anxiety, but I also don't want to miss out on this trip...

Talk to your teacher, they might be able to sort something out. They can't do anything unless you tell them

I think your only options are cope with the rooms or don't go, they won't be able to book you a separate room. Can you take noise cancelling headphones?
